청소년의 음주에 대한 태도와 음주기대효과가 음주관련 문제행동에 미치는 영향

The Influences of the Attitude and the Expectancies about Drinking on the Problem Behavior Induced by Drinking of Adolescents

본연구는청소년의음주태도와음주기대효과가어떤요인들로구성되어있는지구조를파악한후, 이각각의 요인들이음주관련문제행동에미치는영향을살펴보았다. 이를위해서울시에거주하는고등학생을대상으로 질문지를통하여573부의자료를수집하였다. 분석방법은빈도, 백분율, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관 계분석, 중다회귀분석을사용하였다. 연구의결과는우선음주에대한태도와음주기대효과를요인분석한결과, 음주에대한태도는청소년금기, 개 인적인일/위로, 치명적위험등세개의하위요인으로묶였고, 음주기대효과는사교성향상, 성기능향상, 공격 성, 긴장해소등으로묶였다. 또한관련변인에대한음주관련문제행동에미치는영향력을살펴본결과학년, 학교유형, 음주에대한자기통제력, 친구의음주빈도, 음주에대한태도중치명적위험요인, 음주기대효과중 공격성이영향을주는변인으로나타났으며, 이에대한설명력은36%였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a scheme for the prevention against adolescents’ drinking by analyzing the adolescents’ behavior in drunk and the variables induce it. In this study, 573 data were collected from the 587 high school students selected for this survey. The adolescents’ propensity to drinking had been investigated and the relationships between the attitudes on drinking, expectation with drink and drinking induced behavior, and the personal and the environmental variables were analyzed. In order to analyze the data, the statistical methods; frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression analysis, and Cronbach’s a were applied. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: First, the attitudes on drinking of adolescents can be classified into three factors; adolescents ban factor, personal comfort factor, and fatal factor. Expectation with drink of adolescents can be classified into four factors; sociability improvement factor, graders improvement factor, aggression factor, and relieving factor. Second, the variables effect the drinking induced behavior were shown as the grader, the school type, the self-control on drinking, the monthly drinking frequency with their friends, the fatal factor with 36% of explanation rate.
