수출입 화주와 제3자 물류기업간 파트너십 성과에 관한 연구

A Study on Partnership Performance between Shippers and Third Party Logistics(3PL) Providers - Focused on Import and Export Shippers in Busan and Kyungnam Provinces -

Most companies are actively promoting the outsourcing of logistics. Logistics Partnerships with long-tenn cooperation provides shippers with an increased competitive ability. this study observes what factors shippers strategically require for 3PL providers to establish partnerships. This is demonstrated by the empirical study of major import and export shippers in Busan and Kyungnam provinces. Based on the empirical analysis， formation factors of partnerships significantly affect reinforcement factors of partnerships except in factors of mutual understanding. Also, it is shown that mutual trust does not show any significant effect on logistics performance by ψtue of a structural equation model(path analysis), while reinforcement factors of partnerships significantly influence all logistics improvements.
