In this study, I will analyze about historical and political situation of the Yugoslavia before and after World War I happened with the view “Construction, Development and Spread of the Serbianism, and Resistance about That". Nationalism, which began to spread to the Central and the Balkan Europe from the Western Europe after the 19C, is changed differently from the West according to the situation and the circumstances of the nations in this area. At that time, ‘the Modern Kingdom of Serbia’ has been trying to develop it's kingdom on the basis of the Serbianism (which can explain such as ‘Cultural Nationalism'. Cultural Nationalism has consisted on the basis of the cultural factor such as language, religion, culture, custom, old history and a myth.). Especially, Serbia enlarged it's national ideology (Serbianism) after win of Balkan Wars I, II(1912, 1913). But, World War I (1914-1918) and its result caused weakening of the Serbianism according to the oppression of the West against the enlargement of the Serbianism in the Balkan Europe, and resistance of the other South-Slavs(Croats, Slovenes) which was the member of the First South-Slav's Kingdom (‘The Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes’). First, I will explain how Serbianism construct during Modern Kingdom of Serbia, and develop after Balkan Wars (Chapter II). In Chapter III, I will study about effort of the Serbs for which enlarge Serbianism in Balkan (Bosnia, Herzegovina, Montenegro and Vojvodina), and about resistance and oppression the other South-Slavs about That between World Wars. Finally in Chapter IV, I will explain, on the basis of this study, meaning of the Serbianism in Serbia, Old Yugoslavia and Balkan Europe after the 19C.
