The Study on the Encouraging Ways of Overseas Publicity Activities in Eastern Europe - Focus on the Korean Study Supporting Project in Overseas -

The purpose of this study is to figure out the ways to encourage the Korean Study Supporting Project as well as to evaluate it; which is on going in Eastern Europe for the purpose of making our government's economic base. In this reason, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Rumania, which has the Korean Study education program and the Korean Study program, which is supported by the Korean Government, are analyzed as the objects. Then, this study looked over the procedure and the results of the Korean Study Supporting Project, and especially it analyzed the relationship between Eastern Europe States in the international political aspect and the economical aspect. Based on this analysis, it drew three conclusion as follows; The financial aspect, the management aspect, and the strategy and cooperations of private and public markets. In conclusion, three ways to encourage the government's overseas publicity activities are as follows; Firstly, finding out the long term supporting policy, not focusing on the advanced countries to support, and making clear the subject of the project are necessary. Secondly, long term finance securing investment strategy is needed. Thirdly, building up at least one of the Korean Cultural Center, which is in charge of Eastern Europe, is demanded. The objects of the state is concerned of the location, the total amount of trading, and the interest of Korean Study.
