장애학생의 문제행동 유형 진단 및 행동지원을 위한 웹 기반 상담시스템 개발 연구

Developing a Web-based Counselling System for Diagnose and Positive Behavioral Supports of Students with Emotional and Behavioral Problems

이 연구에서는 교사나 학부모가 장애학생의 문제행동을 지원하는 데 도웅을 줄 웹 기반 상담시스템을 개발하여 그 유용성을 탐색하였다. 웹 기반 상담시스템은 크게 문제행동 유형 진단시스템과 문제행동 지원 웹사이트 두 가지로 구성하였다. 문제행동 유형 진단시스템은 통합학급에서 자주 발생하는 문제행동의 사례를 교사들로부터 수집하여 8개의 유형으로 분류한 후，각 유형별로 3개의 문제행동 사태를 설정하였다. 각 문제행동 사태는 지식공학처리 방법을 적용하여 특정 문제행동 유형의 특성을 얼마나 대표적으로 담고 았는가의 정도에 따라 가중치를 부여하여 사용자들의 반응 여부에 따라 특정 문제행동 유형을 진단해주도록 했다. 문제행동지원 웹사이트에서는 긍정적 행동지원의 기본 개념에 대한 설명과 함께 각 문제행동 유형에 대한 대표 사례와 중재방안이 제시되었다. 학생의 문제행동 유형에 대해 진단이 이루어 지면 문제행동지원 웹사이트에서 해당 문제행동 유형에 대한 자세한 중재방안을 확인할 수 있다. 웹 기반 상담시스템을 통해 교사 또는 부모는 학생의 문제행동을 온라인상으로 진단하고 적용할 수 있는 중재방안에 대해 도움을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the potentional functions of a web-based counselling system for teachers or parents in supporting students with emotional and behavioral problems. The counselling system consists of two parts: the diagnostic system and intervention information for positive behavioral supports. For developing the diagnostic system, we collected vatious behavioral problems experienced by elementary school classroom teachers and classified them into eight emotional and behavioral problem types. For each type, we set up five protocol problematic behaviors for each type. Users’responses to the protocol behaviors were weighted in the diagnostic system programed according to knowledge engineering processes, thus providing information abo ut the most probable type of emotional and behavioral problems. The positive behavioral support web pages were designed ro provide useful intervention strategies and guidelines for any diagnosed behavioral problem type, by which we attempted to link the diagnosis system and the intervention system within the counselling system. The counselling system may provide usefuJ and professional supports to classroom teachers for teaching students with emotional and behavioral problems.
