한국전쟁에 대한 유고슬라비아의 입장과 외교 전략

A Diplomatic Strategy of Yugoslavia on Korean War : With a focus on the resolution of the 6th, 7th UN General Assembly

한국 전쟁을 발칸 (Balkan)에서의 전쟁 대신에 일어닌 특별한 전쟁(specijlani rat) 으로 규정하고 있는 유고슬라비아는 한반도와 한국전쟁에 대해 특별한 관심을 보여 왔고， UN내에서의 여러 발언을 통해 한국 전쟁에 대한 자신의 입장과 국제 평화 수립에 있어 UN의 역할 강화를 국제 사회에 전달하고자 노력 했다. ‘UN 제 6, 7차 총회를 통해 바라 본 한국전쟁에 대한 유고슬라비아의 입장과 외교전략’을 살펴보게 될 본 논문에선 우선 한국전쟁 휴전 회담이 시작된 시기에 열린 제 6차 UN총회에서의 한국 전쟁 관련 UN결의들과 여기서의 발언 내용들을 통해 유고슬라비아의 외교 전략을 분석하고자 한다. 그리고 전쟁 포로 문제를 둘러싼 논쟁으로 교착 상태에 빠져있던 시기에 열린 제 7차 UN총회에서의 한국 전쟁 관련 UN 결의들과 이에 대한 유고슬라비아의 외교 전략을 분석하게 될 것이다. 다음으로는 스탈린 사망과 한국전쟁 종결이후 유고슬라비아의 외교 전략을 살펴봄으로써， 유고슬라비아가 한국전쟁을 통해 어떠한 교훈들을 얻었는지를 제시하게 될 것이다.

Yugoslavia has regulated Korean War as a 'Special war(Specijalni rat)' which broke in Korea instead of in Yugoslavia. Therefore, Yugoslavia has paid special attention to the problems of Korea and Korean War, and has stated its position in the several speeches in UN. In addition, Yugoslavia has tried to make it sure that the role of UN in international society should be strengthened, making a model of the process of how to solve Korean War. This paper analyses a situation and diplomatic strategy of Yugoslavia on Korean War from the view point through the UN General Assembly, focusing on the resolution of the 6th, 7th UN General Assembly. First, Diplomatic strategy is analysed based on the several statements of Yugoslavia in the 6th UN General Assembly which happened at the beginning of the truce talks of Korean War. Second, the diplomatic strategy is analysed based on the resolutions of the 7th UN General Assembly which held when negotiation got stalled related with the solution to the problems of prisoner of war. And then I will study foreign strategy of Yugoslavia after Stalin's death and the end of Korean War. With this analysis, I will also study which foreign lesson Yugoslavia acquired from the experience of Korean War.
