역할놀이 모형 구안을 적용한 인권교육

Human right Instruction using Role-play model

본 연구자는 교과서에 제시된 인간존중사상 부분을 재구성하여 학습자들이 효과적으로 학습할 수 있는 수업모형인 역할놀이 모형을 구안하여 이를 실제 수업에 적용해 보았다. 이를 통해 역할놀이가 인간존중 사상을 이해시키는데 효과적 수업모형이라는 것을 제시하였다. 또한 역할놀이 수업을 위한 절차, 역할놀이 지도 시 유의점, 역할놀이 수업의 결과 및 개선점 등을 실제 수업에 적용할 수 있도록 구체적으로 제시하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 학생들이 수업내용을 쉽고 재미있게 이해 할 뿐 만 아니라 실제로 적용해 볼 수 있는 구체적인 수업 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위한 대안으로 역할놀이라는 수업모형을 제시하였고, 이것이 인간존중교육 뿐만 아니라 도덕과 목표를 효과적으로 달성할 수 있는 수업모형이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

In this research the human respect conception exhibited in the text book was reconstructed so that the role playing model, which is the course model that the students can effectively can learn, can be practically apply in class. Through this the role-playing was presented as an effective course model that could help understand the concept of human respect. In addition, details including the procedure, points to be regarding when instructing, the results of the role-playing class and points for improvements have been presented so it could be applied in practical use. The purpose of this study is to suggest a specific class model that is not easy and fun for the students to understand but also a model that can be practically applied. Hence, role-play has been suggested as the class model. This model is not subjected only to human respect education but also to achieve the objective of moral studies effectively.
