대학교양과정개설 「예비부모교육」 과목의 내용 및 교수법 연구

A Study on Contents and Pedagogics of the 'Pre-Parent Education' Class as a Liberal Arts Course at the Universities

본 연구는 현재 우리나라 대학교에서 교양과정으로 개설되고 있는 예비부모교육 과목의 내용과 교수법을 비교하여, 대학생을 위한 예비부모교육 과목 교양과정 개선의 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해, 2003년 2학기부터 2004년 1학기까지를 기준으로 예비부모교육 과목을 교양과정으로 실시하고 있는 대학의 교재와 담당교수를 대상으로 선정하고 이에 따른 자료를 수집한 후 분석‧종합해보았다.

This study compares and analyzes the liberal arts course 「Pre-parent Education」 that is being opened in Universities of Korea currently and suggest a developed course for liberal arts in pre-parent education for college students. For this, 9 universities that has a course in pre-parents education in 2nd semester of 2003 and 1st semester in 2004 was selected and the data were collected multilaterally to be compared and analyzed. The results achieved through the above mentioned method is as follows. 1. The liberal arts course of pre-parent education is content-wisely common and different according to each university. The common contents were roles of parents in the present society, selection of right spouse and course of marriage, role of the parents in each stages of development of the child, and practice of parental role, and the different contents were study of proper sex, developmental characteristics of adult stage, middle-aged stage, senescence stages that follow adolescence stage, and relations between parent-child. 2. Pedagogics of the liberal arts course of pre-parent education were education using audio-visual materials, discussion and presentation, role playing, seminar, field study and practice in actual field.
