사업다각화를 통한 양산ICD의 경쟁력 강화방안

A Study on Yangsan ICD Enforcement of Competitiveness with Business Diversification: focused on Door to Door and distribution center

부산항신항은 항만 경쟁력 강화 차원에서 신항만 배후부지를 동시에 개발하기 시작하였고 많은 물류기업들이 신항에 입주하기 시작하면서 양산ICD는 항만 배후부지로써의 ODCY 기능의 필요성이 점차적으로 줄어들 위기에 처하였다. 이러한 양산ICD의 문제점을 인식하고 부산항 신항의 개발과 신항 배후부지의 활성화로 인하여 경쟁력이 저하되는 양산ICD의 사업다각화를 통한 생존 방안을 모색할 필요성을 느끼게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 양산ICD가 사업다각화를 통하여 택배물류 기지화와 물류센터기능 강화를 중심으로 본연의 사업 영역 이외에 부수적으로 성과를 올릴 수 있는 방안에 대하여 탐색적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 우선 택배물류 기지화를 위한 물류환경 변화와 전망에 대하여 간략하게 문헌조사를 통하여 언급한다. 또한 양산ICD 개요를 통하여 양산ICD 조성배경 및 목적 그리고 시설내역에 대한 현황을 파악한다. 이를 통하여 양산ICD의 택배기지로의 발전가능성, 양산ICD의 택배 물류 기지화의 선결과제 등을 토의한다. 마지막으로 물류센터(냉장․냉동창고)기능 강화방안에서는 국내 창고업의 현황, 양산ICD의 냉동․냉장창고업으로의 기능정립 가능성을 중점적으로 파악하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 양산ICD의 사업다각화를 모색하기 위한 다양한 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 특히, 양산ICD가 발전할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 택배 물류기지 또는 물류센터의 기능을 수행할 수 있는 방안을 도출하여, 관련 사업 다각화가 양산ICD의 성과를 제고할 수 있는 중요한 분야임을 제시하였다.

Busan port has been developed since the opening of the port and raised the prestige of the harbors in Northeast Asian because of geopolitical advantage. Therefore, Busan port could be maintained as one of big 3 containers in the world and it's material quantity were getting increased at the container terminal so that made lots of ODCY near area. Due to a rise of trailer to be used for ODCY and container terminal, the traffic jams and complaints of the residents were happened. So, ODCY has been moved to ICD in Yangsan. The majority is completed to move into ICD. The port competition in Northeast Asian early in 2000 caused Busan port to establish the new ports. So, New Busan ports had been opened since 1996. New ports started to develop the hinterland at once and many enterprises were moved into. Yangsan ICD was on the razor's edge in the necessity of ODCY as the hinterland. Recognizing this problem, it requires to seek the scheme for Yangsan ICD and the plan to perform its functions for delivery service distribution base or general distribution center.
