유아의 놀이에서 나타나는 창의성 연구

A Study of Creativity in the Play of Young Children

본 연구는 유아들이 본성으로 타고난 잠재적 창의성을 그들의 놀이에서 어떻게 드러내는지 알아보고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 유치원의 자유 선택 활동시간에 유아의 놀이 행동을 참여 관찰함으로써 창의성에 의해 드러나는 놀이 특성을 분석 정리하여 유아의 창의성에 대한 이해를 돕고자하며, 더불어 본 연구를 통해 유아기의 창의성을 그대로 드러내 주리라 기대되는 유아기의 놀이에 대한 의의를 다시 짚어 보고자 한다.

In many studies, a distinct relationship has been hypothesized between creativity and play; especially play training. So, the purpose of this study is to help understand the potential creativity of young children in their play, than to reveal the effect of some specific play on creativity, through participating and observing their play; free choice activity in the kindergarten. The result is that young children showed their creativity during the whole play processes. They chose the center and the specific play activity with curiosity and took an active part in the play. And then sometimes they showed their will of that finish the products or outcomes. Furthermore most children played with concentration and independence, but some children didn't who got lw score in creativity test. So that, when children experience truly playful play, the play can enhance their creative potential.
