본 연구는 교사와 장학담당자 사이의 접근을 용이하게 할 수 있는 사이버 수업장학모형을 개발하여, 교사들의 수업지도 발전에 도움을 줄 수 있는 수업장학이 실시되도록 하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class to make it easier to approach between a teacher and a school inspector. And through it, an encouragement of learning concerning a class is to be carried out in the desirable direction to help a teacher to teach a student. The contents to be treated for this study are as follows: First, this study analyzed the present condition of a cyber encouragement of learning that each city or Province Office of Education and Local Office of Education operate through the computer network. Secondly, this study developed the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class to help a teacher to teach a student. Thirdly, this study evaluated the fitness about the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class. The results of this study are as follows: First, a cyber encouragement of learning of each City or Province Office of Education and Local Office of Educations was limited to giving the general data or information and a question and answer. The actual cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class was not carried out at all. Secondly, the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class was developed in the fifth stage. Thirdly, the result of a question and analysis about the fitness of 'the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class' is as follows; each group's frequency and perceptual difference about homepage concerning a cyber encouragement of learning and the fitness of 'the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class' were very appropriate. The conclusion in this study is that 'the model of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class' presented by this study can urge the institutionalization of a cyber encouragement of learning concerning a class.
