구조방정식을 활용한 6시그마 성공요인이 효익요인에 미치는 영향분석

The Influence of the Six Sigma's Success Factors to Benefit Factors by using the Path Analysis in Structural Equation Modeling

본 연구에서는 6시그마 성공요인이 6시그마 도입후 발생하는 효익요인에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 것인지 분석하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 실증자료의 수집은 6시그마를 실시한 집단의 GB와 BB 총 91명을 대상으로 각 요인 성취도를 Likert 5점 척도로 측정하였다. 분석방법은 문헌연구로부터 11개의 성공변수와 11개의 효익변수를 추출한 후 요인분석법을 사용하여 4개의 성공요인, 3개의 효익요인을 추출했다. 추출된 4개의 성공요인이 3개의 효익요인에 미치는 영향분석은 구조방정식모형을 이용한 경로분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 본 연구에서 제시된 11가지 경로 중 8가지 경로는 직접효과가 나타났지만, 2개의 경로는 간접효과만 나타났고 나머지 1개의 경로는 효과가 나타나지 않았다.

This research mainly focused on how the Six Sigma’s Success Factors influence Benefit Factors which are produced after Six Sigma is adopted. By using Factor analysis the four Success Factors and the three Benefit Factors were found from the eleven Success Variables and the eleven Benefit Variables. The influence of the four Success Factors to the three Benefit Factors were analysed by using the Path Analysis in Structural Equation Modeling. Hence, the eight paths out of the eleven suggested paths showed direct influence, two paths showed indirect influence and remained one path showed no influence.
