본 연구는 사회복지시설평가와 관련된 연구의 동향을 분석하여 향후 시설평가에 함의를 제공하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 분석논문의 범위는 사회복지시설 평가가 본격적으로 시작된 1999년부터 2010년 현재까지의 학위논문, 학술지 논문으로 설정하였고, 분석논문은 총 30편으로 학위논문 12편(41.9%), 학술지 18편(58.1%)이다. 주요 연구결과로는 첫째, 사회복지시설평가 연구영역은 노인 관련시설과 장애인관련시설이 각각 8편(26.7%)으로 가장 많이 이루어졌고, 사회복지시설평가 연구들이 사용한 연구방법은 조사연구가 18편(60%)으로 가장 많았다. 둘째, 실무자와 학자가 함께 진행한 연구가 단 2편 밖에 되지 않아 협업성이 매우 낮게 나타났고, 학제성은 대부분의 공동연구가 동일한 전공을 지닌 연구진들과 이루어졌기 때문에 학제성은 거의 낮았지만, 다양한 전공분야에서 사회복지시설평가와 관련된 연구를 시도했다. 셋째, 연구주제는 종사자들의 인식을 주제로 한 연구와 시설평가의 문제점과 발전방안을 제시한 연구가 각각 9편(30.0%)으로 가장 많았다. 그리고 평가지표를 직접 개발하거나, 지표의 타당도를 검토한 연구는 4편(13.3%)으로 나타났고, 직접 시설을 평가하거나 사례를 분석한 경우는 각각 2편(6.7%)으로 조사되었다. 마지막으로 종사자들의 인식은 평가에 대한 인식과 평가활용에 대한 인식영역으로 구분하였고, 평가지표는 평가지표 검토와 개발영역으로 구분하였으며, 문제점 및 발전방안은 평가지표·평가체계, 평가과정, 평가활용 측면으로 구분하여 그 내용을 분석하였다.
The aim of this study was to examine the trend of study of social welfare institution evaluation and then provide implications of future institution evaluations. The range of study subjects were from 1999 to May 2010, and study subjects were 30 articles; a thesis for a degree 12(41.9%), academic journal 18(58.1%). Study findins were as follows: First, the domain of studys were examined that study of the aged institutions and study of the disabled institutions were each 8(26.7%), relatively numerous. and study method were examined survey study 18(60%), too much. Second, cooperative works were very low, for staffs in charge do not take part in. And interdisciplinary works were low, too. But the reserchers of diversity majors atempted to institution evaluation study. Third, as for the theme of institution evaluation, the theme of recognition of field worker and problem development plan were each 9(30.0%). And the theme ofdevolopment and examin of evaluation indexs were 4(13.3%), the theme of directly institution evaluation and case study were each 2(6.7%). Filnaly, the theme of recognition of field worker divided recognition of institution evaluation and recognition of evaluation useful. And the theme of evaluation index divided devolopment and examin of evaluation indexs, and the theme of problem·development plan divided evaluation index·evaluation system, evaluation process, evaluation useful. and then analyzed into it.
