녹색성장학의 학문적 체계에 관한 연구

A Study on the Academic Scheme of Green Growth

한국정부는 한국에서의 환경적으로 지속가능한 성장을 달성하기 위해 양적 성장에서 질적 성장으로 국가성장 패러다임에서의 근본적인 전환과 관련된 혁신적 개발방식으로서 녹색성장전략을 발표하였다. 저탄소, 녹색성장이라는 새로운 비전은 2050년까지 장기적 전략에 근거하고 있다. 이를 위해 5개년 국가녹색성장계획이 착수되었다. 또한 다른 국가들도 녹색성장전략과 계획을 준비하고 있다. 녹색성장학의 학문적 체계는 경영학, 경제학, 법률 및 행정학, 환경공학과 기술공학등으로 구성되고 따라서 녹색성장학의 학문적 체계는 학제간연구이다. 본 논문의 목적은 지속가능성장과 비교를 위해 녹색성장학의 특성과 구성요소를 연구함으로써 녹색성장학의 학문적 체계를 구축하는데 기여하는 것이다.

Korea government published its Green Growth Strategy as an innovative development approach involving a fundamental shift in national growth paradigm from quantitative growth to qualitative growth for achieving environmentally sustainable growth in Korea. The new vision such as low carbon, green growth is based on a long term strategy up to 2050. In order to achieve the strategy, the fiver year national green growth implementation plans have undertaken. Also other nations planed their green growth strategies and schedules. Now is best time to discuss the academic scheme of green growth on a global basis. The academic scheme of green growth is composed of business adminstration, economics, law and administration, environment and technology etc. Thus the academic scheme of green growth is Interdisciplinarity. The purpose of this paper contribute to the construction of the academic scheme of green growth by studying its characteristics and components for comparison with sustainable growth.
