대안학교 학생들의 학교적응 관련변인들의 인과적 구조분석

A Structural Analysis on Family Strengths, Social Support, Self-efficacy and School Adjustment of Adolescents in Alternative Schools

본 연구는 대안학교 학생들의 성공적인 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 주요인으로 가족건강성, 사회적 지지,자기효능감 등을 설정하고,이들 요인과 학교적응과의 인과적 구조모형을 경험적 자료를 통해 검증하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대안학교 학생들의 가족건강성, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 학교적응 간의 관계는 어떠한가? 둘째, 대안학교 학생들의 학교적응과 관련변인들(가족건강성, 사회적 지지, 자 기효능감)의 구조적 인과관계 모형은 경험적 자료에 적합한가?수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 가족건강성, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감, 학교적응 간에 서로 유의미한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다.그리고 가족건강성,사회적 지지, 자기효능감은 학교적응에 직접적으로 혹은 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 설정했던 연구모형이 통계적으로 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에 대해 본 연구의 시사점 및 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

This study found family strengths, social support and self-efficacy as major components affecting the successful school adjustment of students at alternative schools and tried to verify causal structural models based on these factors through empirical data. The empirical data of this research can confirm that the following model of structural causal relation is a valid method which can explain the school adjustment of students at alternative schools: the more positive family strengths and social support are and the better the subjects' school adjustment is. This study showed that both social support and family strengths have significant direct effects to school adjustment as well as indirect effect through self-efficacy, which can confirm that social support and family strengths contribute to school adjustment through the self-efficacy healing of students at alternative schools.
