A Study on the Estimate Method Model on the Growth Factors and Level of the City' A Case of Ansan City

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to suggest policy implications to development of Ansan city by analysis of the level of city and growth factors in Gyeonggi-do. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper utilizes factor analysis to the level of Ansan city in Gyeonggi-do and analyzed urban growth factors used by discriminant analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This paper perform list UP useful variables from preceding studies and finding the multi-collinearity problem among variables. So we performed factor analysis for reduce multi-collinearity problem. The result of level test of urban growth. Ansan is located middle grade in Gyeonggi-do 2. RESULTS The growth factors is needed to be strong for urban growth in Ansan that represented 'population structure and scale'.'housing construction', 'urban economic'.
