A Study on Institutional Improvement for the Operation of Urban Development Project by Multi-level Replotting

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of tllls study is to analyze the order of priority to the institutional reform of multi-level replotting development projects (2) RESEARCH METHOD This paper perform the preceding studies list up the reform points for the multi-level replotting development projects and survey the experts to check whether the list would be effecti ve and utilized AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)Analysis for the results of the survey (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Preæding studies have simply examined the refonn points for the multi-level replotting development project model， not specifying the elements of the system to be refonned or not setting priorities among them. Henæ, their refonn measures do not seem to be systematic 2. RESULTS This study offers method of institutional improvement for the multi-level replotting development projects. the results of this study can be summarized as follows; the areas of institutional reform(' supports for local inhabitants' ’ 'local inhabitants agreemeent ’ 'detailed criteria'’ 'institutional reforms', 'feasibility government') have a improvement necessity
