1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study IS to analyze the influence of J-REITs stock pnce on the purchase and sale property attribution of J-REITs. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The research method of this study ran a literature study, reviewing of previous studies, empirical study by econometrics analysis. To analyze the influence of J-REITs stock price on the purchase and sale property attribution of J-REITs, this study has adopted the panel econometrics analysis. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS 11lls research focuses on J-REIT individual purchase and sale property attributions, and aims to analysis what influence it has towards J-REIT stock prices. 2. RESULTS Lately, with the J-REIT individual Property information being distributed, many types of researches are being conducted. And recent studies have documented a horiwntal aspect in the relationship between purchase and sale property attribution on the J-REIT market. We examine the dynamic movement between the return of TOPIX and J-REIT stock price. However, although J-REITs property attribution influence to the J-REIT stock prices is researched by several domestic and international researchers, not many consider purchase and sale property attribution into their proof analysis. The main results of this study is that the J-REITs stock price recognize the individual purchase and sale property attributions of J-REITs.
