근대국어에 나타난 하임 풀이씨 뒷가지의 파생 양상

This paper aims at examining the forms of derivatives of predicative causative suffixes in modern Korean language

The predicative causative suffixes in modern Korean language include ‘-이-, -히-, -기-, -오/우-, -호/후-, -고/구-, -ㆍ/ㅡ-’ ‘-이-, -히-, -기-, -오/우-, -호/후-, -고/구-, -ㆍ/ㅡ-’. These suffixes are the variations appearing differently mainly according to the end sounds of bases. These suffixes can be classified into two groups; one is ‘-이-’ type including ‘-이-, -히-, -기-’, the other is ‘-오/우-’ type including ‘-오/우-, -호/후-, -고/구-’ and ‘-ㆍ/ㅡ-’. ‘-이-’ appears behind the vowels of ‘ㅏ/ㅓ, ㅕ, ㅗ/ㅜ, ㅡ, ㅣ, j(내림 홀소리 ㅣ),ㆍ’ and the consonants of ‘ㄱ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ,ㅂ, ㅅ, ㅈ, ㅊ, ㅌ, ㅍ, ㅎ’. ‘-히-’ appears behind the vowels of ‘ㅏ, ㅗ’ and the consonants of ‘ㄱ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅂ, ㅈ, ㅌ, ㅍ’. ‘-기-’ appears behind the bases of the verbs which end with ‘ㄴ, ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅁ, ㅅ’. ‘-오/우-’ appears behind the vowels of ‘ㅏ, ㅕ, ㅡ, ㅣ, j’ and the consonants of ‘ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅂ, ㅅ’. ‘-호/후-’ appears behind the vowels of ‘ㅣ’ and the consonants of ‘ㄷ, ㄹ, ㅈ’. ‘-고/구-’ appears behind the bases of the transitive verbs which end with ‘ㅁ’and ‘ㅅ’. ‘-ㆍ/ㅡ-’ appears behind the bases of the verbs which end with ‘ㄹ’.
