A Study on The Correlation between Land Price Variation & Population Variation

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to analysis the fluctuation of land value and the rate of increase and decrease in population regarding the whole territory. (2) RESEARCH METHOD To achieve the research objectives, this study compare the fluctuation of land value and the rate of increase and decrease in population For 26 years form 1980 to 2005. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The land value and the population tum out to change toward same direction and at the same rate compared to the relationship between both variables. 2. RESULTS As a result of analysis, in case of the increase In 1% of population, the land value has increased by 6% based on the increased in population and the land value has increased by 10% with other factors.
