유치원 교사의 어려움과 회복력 (resilience) 에 대한탐색

An exploration of experienced teachers' resilience in early childhood educational setting

본 연구는 유치원 교사들이 어려움을 경험하고 회복하는 과정에 대해 직접적인 자신의 이야기를 통해서 회복력의 중요성을 탐색하고. 이를 가능하도록 도와주는 전략을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다 본 연구를 위해 5년 이상의 경력을 가진 교사와 원감 및 원장 6 명을 대상으로 심층연담을 실시하였다 심층연담을 실시한 결과. 경력 유치원 교사가 직면하는 어려움의 요인으로는 과도한 업무. 대인관계. 가정과 일의 양립. 집단주의 문화이다 다음으로 유치원 교사가 어려움을 이겨내고 회복하기 위해 사용하는 진략으로는 자기계발하기 . 열린 마음가짐 갖기 ‘ 동료교사와의 협력적 관계형성하기. 사회적 지원망 활용하기로 나타났다 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 유치원 교사들이 직면하는 어려움에서 회복하게 해 주는 전략들을 함양하기 위해 예 비교사교육과정에서의 준비와 교사로서의 직업생애 주기 에 적합한 지원 프로그램의 필요성을 논의하였다

This study investigated the difficult situation and challenging moment and strategies of resilience exhibited by six experienced teachers in early childhood educational setting through using in-depth interviews. Findings indicated th at teachers have been faced with some difficult and challenging situations, including over-working, interpersonal relationship and collective culture. Also, they used a variety of strategies, including self-development, having open-minded, making collaborative relationship with colleagues, and utilizing the social networks. The based on the results, some implications were discussed to improve their resilience and strategies 10 support it.
