Theological Reflection: Basic Concepts and A Methodological Suggestion

사목활동에 종사할 성직자를 양성하는 주요한 사목신학의 교육 도구인 신학적 성찰의 기본 개념과 그의 실천을 위한 기초적 방법적 틀을 제시했다. 기본 개념을 설명하기 위해 종 교 교육의 시각에서 신학적 성찰을 구성한 구룡(Thomas Gmoræ), 사목적 결정에 초점을 두 고 틀을 제시하는 화이트헤드들(Whitehead& Whitehead), 영적 지혜의 힘양이라는 시각에서 신학적 성찰의 틀을 구성한 킬른과 드비어(Patricia O'Connell Killen & John de Beer)의 틀을 소개하였다. 다음으로 신학적 성찰의 방법을 체험의 선택, 체험의 명료화, 하느님 말씀과의 대화， 체험으로부터 배움， 실천적 적용의 다섯단계로 구성하여 설명했다. 마지막으로 신학적 성찰이 잘 이루어질 수 있도록 도움을 주는 체험의 선택 그리고 신학과의 연결과 관련된 실천적 조언을 제시했다.

A basic concept on theological reflection which is employed for various forms of formation in ministry at the schools of theology. Insights from Thomas Groome's religious education theory, from the James D. Whitehead &. Evelyn Eaton Whitehead' pastoral decision making process, and from Patricia O'Connell Killen & John de Beer's facilitation process of spiritual wisdom through reflection are highlighted as examples for different modes of theological reflection. Five steps for reflection, i.e., selecting pastoral experiences for reflection, clarification of the chosen experience, dialogue with the Word of God, learning from experience, and practical implications, are set for a concrete way for theological reflection. Some issues for fostering Ole context for theological reflection are discussed.
