한국의 대중국 해외투자 현황과 투자환경 변화

본 연구에서는 한국의 대 중국 해외투자에서의 특징을 시기별, 산업별, 규모별, 지역별, 목적별, 형태별로 살펴보고, 최근 중국의 투자환경변화를 가공무역금지, 기업소득세법, 신노동계약법, 반독점법 등 다양한 법․제도적 측면에서 검토하였다. 중국의 투자환경변화에 대응하여 한국의대중국 해외투자는 그 목적에서 중국 내수시장 확보를 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이를 위해 산업별,지역별 다변화 현상을 보이고 있다. 향후 대 중국 해외투자는 중국의 내수시장 확보를 위한 지역별, 산업별 다변화를 보다 강화하는 측면에서 찾아야 하며, 중국의 법과 제도적 환경에 적극 순응하는 기업활동을 영위해야 할 필요가 있다.

In this study, distinguishing features of Korea’s foreign investment in China are examined by period, industry, size, region, purpose, and types. Also, by taking a close look at diverse laws and systems such as the ban on processing trade, the new PRC Enterprise Income Tax Law, the new Labor Contract Law, and the Antitrust Law, how China has recently undergone changes in its investment environment are explored. Moving in line with the changing climate for investment in China, Korea is striving to secure a larger share in the Chinese local market, as well as seeking diversification in terms of industry and region. In making overseas investment in China hereafter, Korea should focus on stepping up its efforts to diversify industries and regions in order to secure a stronger foothold in the domestic market of China, and business activities need to be carried out in greater conformity with the Chinese laws and institutional environment
