A Study on the problem and improvements of desertion from the military service

Desertion from the military service would cause not only personal disaster but also serious military results such as a loss of military power, a weakening of morale in military and the decline of military dignity. Nevertheless desertion from military service crime is important and occurs frequently from the military, about the position of analysis or judicial precedent is not clear.
