정신장애인 대상 ACT(Assertive Community Treatment) 사례관리의 적용에 관한 연구

A study on Implementation of ACT(assertive community treatment) Model for People with Psychiatric Disabilities in Suwon Mental Health Center

본 연구는 정신장애인에 대한효과적인 사례관리 모델로 인정 받고 있는 ACT모델을 국내에서유일하게 지속적으로 적용해 오고 있는 수원시 정신보건센터의 사례관리 모델에 대하여 분석하였다 즉 ACT의 충실도 측정도구인 DACTS릎 분석툴로 활용하여 한국에서의 ACT 적용의 특성과 차이를 분석하였으며 이를 위해 문헌고찰과 포커스 그룹 인터뷰등 실시하였다 분석 결과 서비스의 내용 측면에서는 ACT 모텔과 매우 유사하게 적용되고 있었으나 시스템적으로는 취약한구조를 가지고 있었으며 한국의 정신보건체계와 문화적인 특성을 반영하고 있었다 앞으로 확대적용올 위해서는 ACT 사례관리 전담팀의 구성， 전운 인력 및 재정적 지원의 확대 ， 지역사회 지지체계와의 협력이 중요함을 제언하였다

This study analyzed the ACT model conducted by Suwon community mental health center, through this, found out the characteristics and differences in Korea and suggested a few implications for dissemination. To the end, it conducted a literature reviews and the focus group interviews and applied the DACTS as an analysis frame. As a results, the content of service was similarly applied like the model but had systematically weak structure. And also it reflected Korean mental health systems and cultural characteristics. For more application of the model, it was suggested that it is important to organize an exclusive team for ACT case management, increase staffs and funding, and cooperate with support systems.
