6시그마 기법을 통한 AEO공인제도의 위험관리절차에 관한 연구

A Study of Risk Management Process for Authorized Economic Operator, Utilizing Six Sigma Methodology

본 연구는 911테러 이후, 세계 무역환경은 물류의 안전과 원활화를 요구하게되었고, 이런 패러다임의 변화에 따라 우리나라도 ‘09년 4월 AEO공인 제도를도입하였다. 무역공급망(Supply Chain) 기업은 AEO 공인을 받기 위하여내부통제시스템을 구축하여야 하며, 그 중 적정한 위험관리절차를 갖추어야 한다, 그러나 아직까지 AEO인증 절차와 방법이 명확하게 마련되어 있지 않다.따라서 이미 우리나라 기업에 많이 도입되어 있는 6시그마 기법을 통한 AEO공인제도의 위험관리절차에 대한 연구를 통하여 기업의 AEO 공인을 지원하고 기업 활동의 효율성을 높이고자 함이다.

Since the "911," the most horrifying terrorist activity of the era, new paradigm of global trading has created. The market demanded safety of goods, and secure distribution flow. Therefore, Korea adapted the AEO authorizations on April 2009. Corporations that involved with the market(Supply Chain) must establish internal control system with the risk management process to be AEO authorized. However, currently there is no standard procedure of the matter. As a solution, studying the AEO authorizations through 6sigma method; both supporting corporations to be AEO authorized, and boost efficiency of management activity.
