아동기 태권도 수련생을 둔 학부모의 여성태권도 지도자에 대한 인식

Perceptions of Female Taekwondo Trainers among Parents with Children as Taekwondo Trainees

본 연구는 여성 태권도지도자에 대하여 아동기 수련생을 둔 학부모의 인식을 조사하여 여성 지도자의 단점을 보완해야 할 부분을 제시함으로서 도장 경영에 접목시켜 아동기 수련생의 지속적인 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고 연구를 진행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 여성 지도자에 대한 학년(저학년, 고학년)에 따른 학부모 인식은 여성 지도자의 교육적 측면에 대해(P<.01)로 자녀가 저학년일 경우의 인식이 더 긍적적으로 평가되었으며 만족도면에서는(P<.05)의 차이로 자녀가 저학년일 때 여성 지도자에 대한 만족도가 더 긍정적인 것으로나타났다. 2. 자녀의 급수(유급자, 유품자)에 따른 학부모 인식은 여성 지도자의 교육적인측면(P<.05), 정의적인측면(P<.001), 만족도측면(P<.001)모두 자녀가 유급자일 경우 여성 지도자에 대한 만족도가 더 높게 나타났다. 3.자녀를 태권도장에 보낸 동기에 따른 학부모 여성 지도자에 대한 인식은 교육적측면(P<.01), 만족도측면(P<.05)에서 유의한 차이로 긍정적인 기대를 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study lays its purpose on providing basic material for continuous vitalization of Taekwondo training for children by suggesting improvement-needed points for female Taekwondo trainers through examining perceptions of female Taekwondo trainers who are showing increase in number, of trainers, one of important elements in field education regarding Taekwondo, among parents with children as Taekwondo trainee who constitute a majority of Taekwondo consumers. 1. Parents' perceptions of female trainers according to their children's grade levels (lower graders and upper graders) showed more positively regarding female trainers' educational aspects (p<.01), and showed more positively regarding satisfaction with female trainers (p<.05) in the case of lower graders. 2. Parents' perceptions of female trainers according to their children's levels of class and poom (the presence and absence of attained class and poom recognition) showed more positively regarding educational aspects (p<.05), affective aspects (p<.001), and satisfaction (p<.001), all in the case of children with class and poom recognition. 3. Parents' perceptions of female trainers according to their motivation to make their children go to Taekwondo training centers showed more positively regarding educational aspects (p<.01) and satisfaction (p<.05), indicating positive expectations.
