AHP의사결정 기법을 이용한 국토공간정보 조사의 우선순위와 중요도 분석 연구

Analytical Study on the Priority and Importance of National Territorial Spatial Information Investigation Based on AHP Decision Making Method

본 연구에서는 지적정보와 공간정보를 포괄하는 국토공간정보로서의 지속적이고 표준화된 조사체계와 효율적인 통합관리를 위하여 AHP의사결정 기법을 기반으로 국토공간정보조사에 있어 우선순위와이에 대한 중요도를 분석하여 보고자 하였다.이를 위해 국토공간정보조사의 고려요소를 주요소와 세부요소로 구분하여 정의․도출하고, 분석하여본 결과 주요소에 있어 우선순위와 중요도는 정책적요소(0.4498), 조사내용적요소(0.2273), 서비스제공적요소(0.1620), 산업적요소(0.1609)인 것으로 나타났다. 가장 중요하게 고려되어야 하는 정책적요소의 세부요소에 있어서는 법․제도화요소, 기술정책요소, 인력정책요소, 산업정책요소, 조직정책요소 순으로우선순위가 분석되었다.

This study tried to analyze the priority and importance in national territorial spatial information investigation based on AHP decision-making method for the continuous and standard research system and effective overall management of national territorial spatial information which includes cadastral information and spatial information. For this, consideration elements of national territorial spatial information investigation were defined and drawn, divided into main elements and detailed elements, and the result of analysis showed that the priority and importance of main elements were in order of political element(0.4498), contents of investigation element(0.2273), service-providing element(0.1620) and industrial element(0.1609). In detailed elements of political elements which should be considered most importantly, the priority was analyzed in order of law and institutional element, technological policy element, manpower policy element, industrial policy element and organizational policy element
