Brief Review about the Copyright Management of Digital Contents

Thie study aims to identify copyright managing for the digital contents. It is worth noting that the age of ubiquitous and the Korea-U.S.A FTA occurs new competition and opportunity. Copyright managing is a core issue in the digital contents industry. The more we became in using digital contents, the more that increased the copyright infringement of digital contents. Our government invests time and energy to protect the copyright of digital contents. So, I'll examine closely an interest concern with government-copyright holder-user, and then analysis an infringement instance of copyright for establishment of order in the circulation.
