A Study on 「the organic law about agriculture, farming village & food industry」 revised.

The government established the agriculture & farming village organic law to be confront in opening of agricultural products market under WTO, After that, the agriculture, life form of the farming village and dietary life of the citizen changed on a large scale, The competition of agriculture field is deepened foreign, In order to confront in like this situation, The necessity which will prepare the base for the continuous development of agriculture, farming village & food industry was proposed, Consequently, the government changes on the agriculture & farming village organic law a large scale, and made to prepare a legal base which agriculture section re-will be born with accusation profitable industry, The main subjects of the revised organic law is same after words, First, the provisions which do not hit to the nature from the legal systematic as a matter of basic law were amended, Second, the provision about common good function of the agriculture & the farming village was established, This function will be able to secure the justifiability of the support about the agriculture and the farming village, Third, there is a possibility of farming the countermeasure which is synthetic to make the problem of connection among the agriculture, the farming village and a food industry, Fourth, this is a possibility becoming the base which is able to secure the food of absolute quantity,
