해방이후 제조업의 지역적 성장 구조의 변화

The Change of the Regional Growth Structure in Manufacturing Industry between 1945-1958

본 연구는 한국경제 초기조건 형성기라 할 수 있는 해방이후로 부터 1950년대 (1945-1958 년)에 이르는 기간 동안 제조업을 중심으로 성장축의 변화를 고찰하였다 먼저 해당 기간 전국 제조업의 규모벌 · 부문벌 종사자수 자료를 모두 수집하여 정비하였다- 이를 바탕으로 전국 제조업의 변화를 3개의 시기로 나누어 E-M 모형과 Fuchs의 모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석을 통해서 밝힌 점은 다음과 같다. 첫째， 해밤공간(1946-1949년)에서 경부축이 약화되었다. 또한 해방과 한국전쟁이라는 경제외적 번화의 과정에서 광역경제권의 붕괴되었고 이에 대한 대응으로 전통적인 전문화 영역을 중심으로 회복이 진행됨과 동시에 지역을 단위로 하는 생산， 즉 지역재생산권이 형성되었다.둘째 한국전쟁을 전후한 기간동안 일부에서는 지역의 재생산권을 형성하려는 움직임이 있었던 반면 일부에서는 광역경제권이 형성되어가는 과정이었다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 그 중심은 경남과 경북이었다.마지막으로 1950년대 후반(1955-1958년)에는 광의의 수도권이 산업연관을 형성하면서 전체의성장을 주도하였고， 다른 지역은 특화가 진행되었다고 판단할 수 있다. 전체 기간에 대한 분석 결과 서울이 전쟁기간에 일시적으로 침체한 것을 제외한다면 서울. 경기지역과 충남, 경북. 경남을 잇는 경부성장축이 다시 강화되는 움직임이었다고 판단할 수 있다.

For this study' I collect every available data about this period and analysis with E-M Shift-share Analysis and Fuchs Model As a result, rirst, alter liberation(j945-1949l Seoul-Busan Growth Axis has been weakened. and a wide area economic bloc has been collapsed. On the contrary, Regional-Dased product, Regional Input-output relations has been appeared. Second, before and after Korean \Var(l949-1955), Regional Input -output relations has lx~cn made in some regions, and on the other hand ,vide area economic bloc has been made too. Third, at the late 1950's (1955-1958) in the capital are made Input-output relations and lead the growth of manufacturing industry and the other regions specialized. In conclusion Seoul-Busan Growth Axis has been strengthened before and after Korean \Var
