자기결정 기술이 포함된 개별화교육프로그램이 통합된 학습장애 아동의 학업성취 및 자기결정 행동에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Self-Determination Skills in IEP Plan on Academic Achievement and the Use of Self-Determination Skills for the Students with Learning Disability in Inclusive Classroom

이 연구에서는 자기결정 기술이 포함된 개별화교육프로그램을 개발하고 통합된 학습장애 아동에게 중재하였을 때, 학업성취, 의사표현행동 및 자기결정 학습전략 사용행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴 보았다. 연구를 위해 대전과 전주지역에 거주하는 세 명의 학습장애 아동에게 대상자간 중다 간헐 기초선설계를 적용하였다. 중재는 통합학급에서 국어, 수학, 사회수업시간에 40분간 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 세 아동은 IEP에 근거한 학업성취도가 향상되었으며 유지되었다. 또한 학업성취에 대한 아동의 자기평가가 교사평가보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 세 아동 모두 IEP에 근거한 의사표현행동이 향상되었으나, 아동B의 경우 발표수에 비해 발표정확도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 세 아동 중 아동A는 중재회기 중 정교화전략을 가장 많이 사용하였으며, 아동B와 C는 시연전략을 가장 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 아동은 자기조정 학습전략 외에도 자신이 전략을 선택하는 행동도 많이 나타났다. 이 연구는 일반교육과정 접근을 위한 자기결정 기술이 포함된 개별화교육프로그램 개발과정을 제시하였으며, 이를 중재함으로써 장애아동의 학업성취와 자기결정 행동을 향상시킬 수 있음을 시사하였다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the development self-determination skills in IEP on the academic achievements, verbal expression and self-regulated learning strategies behaviors of students with learning disability in inclusive elementary classroom. A multiple probe baseline design across participants was used to evaluate the effects of the intervention for three participants located in Daejeon and Jeonju. The Intervention sessions took place in the language, mathematics and social class during 40 minutes. Three students reached the goal which they set themselves on the academic achievements and verbal expression(number of expression and correct). After the intervention, the use of self-regulated learning strategies increased in all students. Having the skills listed as goals and objectives in their IEP will increase the likelihood that students with disabilities will receive instruction that will enhance their academic achievement and self-determined skills.
