평생교육기관 도자교육 프로그램 성인학습자의 학습자특성, 교육만족도 실태 분석

The learners' traits of adult learners of the ceramic art education program of lifelong education institute, the actual condition analysis of educational satisfaction

This study analyzed learners' peculiarity and the actual condition analysis of educational satisfaction of adult learners who are over 20 years old and taking a ceramic art education program at a lifelong education institute over for 6 months in 2008. The result of the study revealed that related to the ceramic art education program learners' traits, first, 97.4% of them recognizes learning value(the usefulness of the ceramic art education program), and 87.8% of them recognizes learning effectiveness (the confirmation about learning result). The education institutes that show differences in groups related to the sex, learners' trait didn't show differences in groups such as age, education, marital status, incomes, or how long they took the program. Related to the educational satisfaction of the ceramic art education program, first 93.9% about the education contents satisfaction(learners' interests were reflected), second, 96.5% about the satisfaction of the instructors(the quality of the instructors), third, 75.3% about learning facilities(how well equipped), fourth, 93.0% about the learning members(integrity or comradeship) of all were satisfied. There were differences in groups such as education, marital status, incomes, the term they took the lesson and institute, but there were no differences in groups such as sex and age related to educational satisfaction.
