A Study on The Development Project of Goods used Hemp Cloth in An-dong

The purpose of this study is to make hemp cloth in An-dong as a special product of this district fit for practical use by developing brand design and creating the production of high value added products with competitive power for cultural goods. The fact is that the goods applied hemp cloth in An-dong have no effect on cultural image of Korea at present. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop various goods with a technical character and an esthetic sense for contemporary people, by applying hemp cloth in An-dong. This research will contribute to revitalization of the principal products of An-dong and its information as a kind of industry of design in the district. Above all things, there is need to develop the brand image of hemp cloth in An-dong and to present higher value goods to succeed to traditional goods.
