물류전문인력 교육 수요 분석

Analysis of Educational Demands for Logistics specialists with Competency Model

물류는 전 산업분야에서 그 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 경쟁력 있는 물류전문인력 양성은 그 어느때 보다 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구는 물류산업현장에서 필요한 인력이 갖추어야하는 역량에 대해 산업현장의 요구를 반영한 역량모델을 설계하고, 역량모델에 대한 타당성과 신뢰성검증, 실증분석 등을 통하여 물류전문인력의 교육수요에 대한 기초요소를 도출하고자 했다.본 연구를 통하여 직무전문역량은 물류원가에 대한 분석능력, 직무공통역량은고객지향성, 리더십역량은 문제해결력이 매우 중요하고 긴급한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 현재 산업현장의 물류전문인력에 대한 재교육 방향성과 대학교육과정에서 필수적인 사항으로 교육해야하는 요소를 시사한다고 판단된다. 또한, 5년후 물류인력에 대한 향상수준을 보면, 제조기업은 직무전문역량을 바탕으로 리더십역량 강화방향, 물류기업은 직무공통역량 강화 방향으로 조사된 바, 산업군별 맞춤형 교육의 기초요소로 재고해야할 것이다.

The importance of logistics is increasing in all industrial sectors. That is why it is more crucial and challenging to foster competitive logistics specialists than ever. The purpose of this study is to design a competency model that reflect demands from industrial sites in terms of required competency for specialists in the logistics sites, and was also to deduce basic elements for educational demands from logistics specialists by validity test, reliability test and empirical analysis for competency model. As a result, it was found that technical competency, behavioral competency and leadership competency requires respective abilities or attitudes very importantly and urgently, such as ability to analyze logistics cost, customer-orientedness and ability to solve questions. This implies favorable way of reorientation for logistics specialists in current industrial sites, and suggests what should be required educational courses in collegiate curriculum. Moreover, in view of expected improvement of logistics specialists in next 5 years, it is estimated that manufacturing companies will be improved to enhance their leadership competency based on technical competency, while logistics companies will be improved to enhance their behavioral competency. Therefore, it is required to reconsider those competencies as basic elements of customized education in each industrial sector.
