A Study of Making Jewelry Ornaments Using Centrifugal Casting Method by High Frequency Melting

Casting, which is one of the metal processing methods developed with mankind since 3500 years ago, has been widel y used. In modern soc iety, the using of casting is popularized and casting technique has also been developed owing to the western civil ization. Due to the creation of IKSAN jewelry industrial complex in 1975, minute castin g technique of making jewelry ornaments. Bef ore that, all things are manu factured by hand-made. Generall y the making jewelry ornaments is produced through design - the making or mold casting - grinding and minute cas ting technique is given much weight in this process . With the development of wa x ca rving technique a th ree - dim ensi on al sha pe ca n he manufactured easily and the meth od of using minute casting is given much wei ght on the making jewelry products. The minute casting indu st ry of a dom esti c jewelr y products whi ch is very import ant in producing jewelry ornaments is recognized as a 3D types of industry and is avoided be workers. It becomes a big problem in the development of minute casting industry. Therefore, in thi s paper I surveyed and analyzed the present situation and the actual conditions of a domestic jewelry minute casting industry I also presented a problem caused by this and an improvement steps. I 'd like to rese arch about making jewelry ornaments using centrifugal casting method by high frequency melting for the material aspects in jewelry minute casting and for the improvement of productivity and technical capacity.
