Application of Ceramic and Fibrous Glass to Ceramic Figurative Human Body for the Hair of Head Zone

The purpose of this study is to make the ceramic human body for the hair of head zone more realistic as colorful with stain and application of low melting frit. For this study, Woollen ceramic and filament fibre of E-glass are appled to fired porcelain transparent glaze surface of the ceramic human body. The body is produced in art porcelain by slip casting under l280'C to 1300'C. It is sintered under 0.2% water absorption and 3.6% linear thermal expansion. After covered with frit having ca.4.7%, it is sintered in 27'C to 327 'C. The apparent gravity of sintered body is showed to range from 2.42 to 2.45. Finally, the transparent yellow stain on the fibrous material is covered to hold the filament fibre hair for the better results.
