The ceramic teapot is the traditi on aldaily necessity and used for training mind and body. In this study, I researched the chro nolog ica l cha rac teristics of teapot s and the mode of a lin e teap ot which is in popular use these days. To analyze from the standpoint of the hum an body enginee ring and from trad ition al aspec ts, I mad e th e mod elin g o f the te ap ot based on th e sc ie nti fic meth od a nd the re sul ts we re summarized as follows. ( 1) The water muzzle, the co ver and the handle as teapot body have a struc ture with ex quisite harm on y. (2) In manu facturing the wate r muzzle, its locati on on the body and height of the muzzle are the most imp ortant point s. (3) The knob of cover must be co nvenie nt to ca tch and its c irc umfe renc e become sho rte r approac hing the surface of the cover. (4) In manufacturin g the teap ot , one must con sid er that the handl e sho uld be easy to ca tc h and hold. Through thi s st udy , we can find th at a beautiful and easy to use lin ep ot need th orou gh obse r vat io n and ex pe riment.
