Slip Absorption 방법을 응용한 도자의 조형적 표현연구

A Study of Plastic Expression on Ceramic Using Slip Absorption Technique -Centering on Sponge Absorption Techniques-

The vano us physical traits of texti les have shown an abundant volume and beautiful curves, and those represented in arti stic objects has been a significant way of expression since the 1960s. The physical features of textiles have influenced many genres, including the formulati on of the main stream field of Soft Sculpture. Th e method that uses the tex tile Absorber directly in the work, in order to express the physical trait s delicately and realistically, has been att empted in the field of modem ceramic art s. This method has been used to solve V3l;OUS problems. In this work using a sponge as the Absorber, the peculiar tex ture and cubic effect of the Soft Sculpture is demonstrated. Through the process of the work, I would like to present a vision and the possibility of the delicate express ion in the ceramic art s, and to also attempt to expand the field and the liberal expression of modem ceramic arts.
