Proposals for Developing Task of e-Trade and International Trade Customs in u-Trade Era

The purpose of this paper is to examine the prerequisite tasks for developing the e-trade customs which is using the ubiquitous computing technologies and u-trade, and to propose improving plans. For these purposes, this paper is organised as follows. Chapter I introduces the necessities and purposes of this paper. Chapter II reviews the precedent researches related to the international trade customs, EDl, e-trade, e-Trade Platform, global e-Trade network and so on. Chapter III considers the history of international trade, and the development processes and prospects of u-trade customs. And Chapter IV examines the prerequisite tasks for developing the u-trade customs and proposes its improving plans. In conclusion, we should set up global cooperative systems and modify u-trade related laws and institutions to establish global u-trade customs.
