물류센터별 운영효율성에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인에 관한 연구

A Study on Important Factors influencing Operation Efficiency of the Logistics Center

기업의 업종 및 전략에 따라 물류센터 운영방식에는 차이가 있다. 운영방식의차별화는 물류센터별 건축구조물의 형태를 좌우하고, 센터 내의 물류활동에 큰영향을 미치고 있기 때문에 물류센터별 운영효율성을 증대시키기 위한 요인들은 차이가 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 물류센터별 운영방식에 따라 운영효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 중요도에 차이가 있을 것이라는 가설을 세우고물류센터의 기능에 따라 운영효율성에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 중요도 차이를T-검증을 통해 분석 하였다. 그리고 물류센터의 주요기능별 중요요인에 따른 운영효율성 증대 방안을 제시하였다.

Operation methods of the distribution center are different from types and strategies of businesses. The distinguished operation methods give a large effect on construction types of distribution centers and distribution activities in the center, so the factors to improve operation efficiency of distribution centers will be different. This study set up the hypothesis that the importance of factors influencing operation efficiency may be also different from operation methods(types) of the distribution centers. It analyzed importance difference between factors affecting operation efficiency according to functions of distribution centers by means of T-test. In addition, it suggested the method to improve operation efficiency according to important factors of key functions of distribution centers.
