노인의 가족유형별 돌봄서비스 이용의향에 관한 연구

The relationship between family types and intention to using long term care services

본 논문은 노인의 가족유형에 따라 돌봄서비스에 대한 향후 이용의항에 차이가 있는지를 분석하고자하였다 이를 위해 가족의 유형을 노인독거가족， 노인부부가족 자녀동거가족으로 분류하였으며 돌봄서비스의 경우도 생활시설서비스， 이용시설서비스， 재택서비스로 유형화하였다 .2008년 노인실태조사자료를 활용하였으며， 노인의 가족유형이 다른 관련요인들이 고려된 상태에서도 돌봄서비스 이용의향 여부에 영항을 미치는지를 살펴보기 위해 위계적 로지스퇴 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과， 노인의 가족유형은 모든 종류의 돌봄서비스 이용의항에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인이었으며 노인독거가족이 노인부부가족이나 자녀동거가족에 비해 높은 수준의 돌봄서비스 이용의향을 보였다 돌봄서비스 이용의항에 영향을 미치는 변수는 서비스 유형별로 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나，추후 서비스 이용의향 조사연구에서는 생활시설을 통한 돌봄서비스， 지역사회 이용시설 돌봄서비스， 그리고 재택돌봄서비스를 구분하여 그 영향요민들을 파악할 필요성이 제시되었다. 세 가지돌봄서비스에 공통적으로 영향을 미친 요인은 성별， 경제상황 만족도， 서비스인지여부였으며 특히 서비스 인지여부의 영향은 매우 컸다

This study tries to find authentic relationships between the elderly's family types and their intentions to using long-term care services. In order to achieve this study goal, the study investigates the impact of family types on the intention to using long term care services after controlling major factors such as attribute factors, resource factors, and need factors. Also, this study systematically categorizes long term care services into three types: institutional care services, community care services, and in-home care services. The data used in this study were "2008 National Data on the Elderly." The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the elderly's family types significantly affect their preferences for long term care services even after controlling major factors. The elderly living alone are significantly more likely to use diverse care services than those living with their spouses or children. Second, the factors affecting the elderly's preferences for care service utilization are different according to the types of care services. Third, among related factors, a recognition of services has very significant impact on their preferences for care service utilization.
