Application of the glass decoration to fired porcelain surface

The purpose of this study is to make the ceramic doll for the head zone glass decoration and application of melting the transparent glas s and stain glass on the fired ceramic doll. For this study, transparent glass and stained glass are appled to fired porcelain tran sparent glaze surface of the ceramic doll. Th e body is produced in art porcelain by s lip casting under 1280°C to 1300°C. It is sintered under 0.2% water absorption and 3.6% linear therm al expansion. Th e apparent gra vity of sintered body is showed to range from 2.42 to 2.45. Finally, the tr ansparent glass and 2 different stain glasses on the fired porcelain doll surface are melt each oth er well for the ceramic doll products.
