A study on Development of Wild-Flower Transfer Paper using the Ceramic Product

Modern society has greatly changed our life styles and especially it resulted in the great changes in tablewares. Ceramic industries have manufactured the decora tive products in large quanti ties using tran sfer paper, employed desig ners who take charge of tran sfer papers. managed transfer paper facto ry directly and experimented the tran sfer paper patterns, which result ed in the remarkable development of transfer papers. Although colors and patterns have been di versified and the print ing effec ts have obtained high definiti on, the changes of demand pattern s which have been higher require the research and development of mater ials of a new pattern desig n. Therefore our favor ite patterns should be selected, changed and recomposed to meet the modern se nse and then the tra nsfer paper pattern should be deve loped to suit the Korea n image with the change of colors. This s tudy is to make ce ramic materi als with the motif of wild flower s among Korean images, develop the native pattern and product by researching the pattern of ceramic materials with Korean wild flowers and seek a new expression method of ceramic.
