For example, it can analysis and manual for Material and Alloy for Pt900. which is the most popular platinum alloy in current Jewelry Market, and deta iled research for eve ry steps of High Frequenc y Centrifuga l Cas t ing mach ine by getting advise from skilled worker who has expertise in this area and manual and user guide from Manufactur er of Full system of cas ting machine and also with visiting their facility in Japan, so that can be practical user as well as theoret ical basement. During the process of this study, there are many difficulti es to the data in precious metal casting, while it is much easier in Base metal area . Also, in the present manufacturing field , it was hard to find to find Systematic process and even the basic data. It was ju st processed by accumul ating experie nces of individual worker and relying on basic manual of Manufactur er of casing machine. Therefore this study is staying focused on More systematic, more theor etical, and more analys ing so that it can be one of comer stone for Platinum casting in our domestic jewelry manufacturer, which is not yet developed and hope it will help our, manufac turing platinum jewelry can have larger portion of world market in the near future.
