The 2 1st century is known as ecological environment which is pro-environmentalism and to support this, natural dyes is a world-wide trend. Natural pastel tone colors made through natu ral dying match well without cons idering coloration and it also has good moth-proofing and fragrance effects which are difficult to get from artificial dyes. It also have good merits, such as it is not harmful to the human body nor does it pollute water, however, there is a limited product amount. Therefore, color reproduction is much lower than artific ial dyes. Also, due to bad endurance the natural dyes are stained easily and have limited product amount which makes the buyers to think natural dyes products are expensive and difficult to get. This paper is to correct natural dyes problems and our research object is from the extract samples we'll pursue variou s color s to fulfill buyers dissati sfaction. Our research procedure is to dye each of the natural samples twice then dye them with yellow-mud twice . After that, we used a Spectrometer( CR-200, Minolta, Japan ) to measure compound colors which are the re sult from the compound dye s. With the Spectrometer reme asure the samples front side and then back side thre e time s each, Then , calcula te the average of the Hunter' s L*a *b*, After that, calcul ate HV/C of Musell' s coloration(H ) , brightness(V), and color(C) and marked them separately. Also, we made it easier to see the color change differen ces of single dyed and yellow-mud compound dyed samples. To show how the color changes, we separated them by the basi s of the dye materials, Also, to measure the difference of the single dyed and compound dyed samples, we tested friction , washing, perspiration and sunlight endurance and separated them by each of the dying material s. As a result, single dyed natural materials kept their color and showed clear color differences, however, material s with yellow-mud dyed had the slight color of yellow left on the samples. For example, a Gardenia, Read wood, and Chinen sis showed outstanding yellow-mud color instead of their own natural color, but each on showed a little color difference. Endurance tests result showed that the yellow-mud dyed materials have much higher number than the single dye s material s. On the friction endurance test, six of the single dyed materi als got higher marks than the yellow -mud dyed material s, however, this could be fixed by washing off the yellow-mud throu ghly. Yellow-mud dyed material s show much higher marks on washing, perspir ation and sunlight endurance tests, From this experiment , thi s paper' s purpose is the widen the natural dye markets by experimenting various col ors and their endurance to impro ve quality,
