In the late 18th century, in line with capitalist elements significantly developed, the relations between products and currency developed somewhat in the division of social economy. In this regard, realistic thinkers in economy criticized severely the existing advocation of self-s upply and self-sufficient natural economy, and gave a significantly affirmative view to commerce that had been despised as the lowest-class work. Among these realists, Park Je-ga can be cited as the representative. He lived in 1750-1805. This paper focused on Park Je-ga who strongly believed in Bukhak or north school. Likewise, the researc h studied his authored books such as Bukhakui (1778) and Jeonyujip . From these, it reviewed his byeongosohoe or policy recommendat ions (1781) wherein he insisted that the Choson Dynasty introduce the Chinese Qing Dynasty' s cultures and civilization focused on use and welfare theories, i.e., making, passing, and profit. Likewise, Park Je-ga severely criti cized problems surro unding bunwon ceramics following self-refl ection, and insisted on systems improvement and skills acqui sition. Thu s, the paper reviewed Park Je-ga' s advanced awareness of ceramics, although his viewpoint on ceramics based on use and welfare thoughts did not necessarily represent that of the latt er part of the Chason Dynasty.
