Printing Method using Natural Dyes

The natural dye substance largely consists of plant, animal and minerals materials, which we can easi ly and natu rally be obtained all around us. It has been widely used all around the world for numerous years. The natural dye substance appears to have a lot of benefits that enable the dyed material to show natu ral merits whice in turn enables the dyed materials to exhibit their natu ral colors. It may have a litt le bit of a damaging effect on the human body itsel f. ,in comparison to the synthetic substa nces. It also causes hardl y any environmental pollution because of the natur al chemicals and cos ts much less to dispose of. On the other hand it also has disadvantages, that is , it's difficult to get various kinds of pattern s on the cloth. The dyeing process is done by full saturation , which is only available for commercial use because of the low ratio of dyeing success. The product of the dye substance is limited , the reliability of the dyed materi al is low, and it is easy to make dark and light colors. For the reasons menti oned above , the use of the natural dye is decreasing except for special uses. Nowad ays it is very difficult to come across this method because of the appearance of synthetic dye substances. It also has severa l problems, which include, the complex ity of the dyein g process, the low reliability of the dyeing substance and the dependence on manual work done by observ ing with the naked eye . Eventually, these problems ca used the slow down of industrialisa tion. Furth erm ore, the mixed use of dye substances and it's ca talyst ca used to develop the nat ura l d ye subs ts nce a nd to in c rease th e dye's ad hes ive ness to the mat er ial. Those are the disadv ant ages of it's use. Thi s is the meth od to study silk scree n printing by usin g natur al dye substance to make a spec ific pattern s on the clothing using various methods. The si lk sc reen printin g needs to have the materi al dyed by the sa tura tion method. Then the silk screen is print ed by subtrac ting the co lors to make another shade of co lor with out using any additional dye substance . It only uses the natural dye substance mixtur e and it's catalyst. It will help to print spec ific patt erns on the mater ial. Therefore it's effec ts are available for using in various kinds of si lk sc reen printing and to make different kind s of patt ern s equal to the natural dye substance meth od, which is both satura ting and then printing.
