중국 전자상거래에 따른 물류정책의 문제점과 해결방안

The Problems and Solutions of Logistics Policy regarding e-Business in China

중국에서 전자물류는 전자상거래의 발전을 위해 필요하지만 현재는 전자상거래 발전의 다양한 니즈를 충족시키지 못하고 있다. 특히 중국의 물류효율은 높지 않고 요구되는 물류서비스와 실제 서비스 사이에는 심각한 격차가 있다.이와 같이 전자상거래 물류의 기초가 부족하기 때문에 중국에서 전자상거래업체의물품의 인도를 위한 중국의 물류네트워킹도 완벽하지 않다. 물류인프라는 중국의 전자상거래 발전에 있어서 심각한 장애요인이다.전자상거래에서 거래되는 물품의 원활한 유통을 위한 정책과 법률이 전자상거래업체를 위한 물류시스템의 개발을 위해 준비되어야 한다.본 논문은 중국에서의 전자상거래와 물류를 다루고 있으며 연구의 목적은 전자상거래를 위하여 물류의 문제점과 해결방안을 모색함으로써 전자상거래의 활성화에 기여하는 것이다.

In China, e-logistics will be needed for the development of e-Commerce and in present can not meet the various needs of e-commerce development. In particular China's logistics efficiency is not high and there is a serious gap between the needed and real logistics services. Thus as the e-commerce logistics base is not rich, logistics networking is not enough perfect for delivery of the goods in e-commerce companies in China. Logistics infrastructure is a serious impediment to the development of e-commerce in China. The policies and laws must be prepared for the development of logistics systems for e-commerce companies for the streamlining distribution of the goods dealt in the e-commerce. Thus this paper deals with the e-commerce and logistics in China, and the purpose of this paper is to contribute to the activation of e-commerce in China by studying the problems and solutions of logistics for e-commerce.
