중국 기업 녹색경영의 현황과 한계

The Current Situation and Limits of Chinese Enterprise Green Management

중국의 고속경제성장은 자국 내 환경파괴, 자연자원의 손실 등으로 이어지며 지속가능한 성장 가능성에 대한 우려를 낳았고, 외부적으로는 국제사회에서 중국의 위상이 높아짐에 따라 중국의 환경책임론에 대한 제기가 일고 있다.따라서 중국 역시 고성장을 유지하기 위한 패러다임의 전환이 필요한 시점을 맞이하여 자원손실을 줄이고 환경과 경제의 조화를 이루기 위한 정책의 제출은 필연적인것으로 보인다. 기업의 녹색경영은 중국 정부의 정책적 필요성과 맞물리며 기업의 새로운 성장 전략이자 녹색성장의 자발적 형태로서의 의미를 가지며 발전 경로를 걷고있다.본 논문에서는 중국의 녹색경영이 가지는 함의와 중국 녹색회사 100강을 통해서 본녹색경영의 현황, 그리고 실례분석을 통해 현 단계 중국 녹색경영의 한계와 전망을제시하고 있다.

China's fast economic growth has resulted in domestic environmental destruction and loss of natural resource, and raised questions about the possibility of sustainable growth. Also externally the issue of China's environmental responsibility has been raised as the nation's status in the international community has been enhanced. Thus as China reaches the moment for paradigm shift in order to sustain fast economic growth, it seems necessary to make a policy to reduce resource loss and achieve harmony between the economy and environment. Companies' green management is interlinked with the government's necessity of policy making and is on track to progress, having the meaning of companies' new growth strategy and spontaneous form of green growth. This research suggests the limit and outlook of the current status of China's green management by understanding the meaning of China's green management, and the examples of green management.
